Is your business Wal-Mart?  If not, then it’s time to stop only selling on price.  Sure, pricing comes into any buying decision. However unless your pricing is so off base it’s insulting, this is rarely what costs you a sale. What may cost you the sale?  Your demeanor, reputation, not communicating clearly, product inferiority or perception as such, etc.  Pricing is usually just the acceptable excuse that a customer can give you without being offensive.  Easier to say “I can’t afford that” than “You’re pushy, I just don’t trust you”....
